I think Zeus was the blame because he did not gave human fire. I think Zeus was very jealousy. When Prometheus stole fire from Zeus. Zeus should not be angry because if Zeus give fire to human. Human will more respect for him. He can one stone two bird. One is Zeus can give human better life. One is human will appreciate Zeus give them fire. So I think Zeus is blame
