The lessons from Mrs.See let me learn a lot such as how long a powernap should be. The powernap should be 20 to 40 minutes. I should laugh and exercise because it makes me feel happy. When we laugh or exercise, our brains make a kind of chemical called endorphin. We also learn about what food can give us energy to work on and what food is harmful for us, like grain gives us energy, juice also gives us energy but for a short period. I compared with what I am doing now. I decided to change some of my lifestyle.
My mom makes me a healthy breakfast and I bring a snack to school and I take powernaps. It should be 20 to 45 minutes, but I take over 45 minutes because I have to travel far and it takes more than 45 minutes. I think I can ask my mom to wake me up. I like exercise especially jogging. Jogging lets me feel comfortable and relaxed because I don't have to think about anything.
I think I should change what I eat and how long I take a power nap. I usually eat packed food and a piece of fried chicken and drink ice lemon tea. I should change fried chicken to a bag of fruit, it makes me stronger. I also can eat grilled chicken or steamed chicken. I believe if I change the style of my life I can be more healthy and fit.
